MAPOLY Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

The Management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta has announced the commencement of processing of admission application forms to all applicants seeking admission into all programmes of the Institution for the 2024/2025 academic session. We updated this post when the form first appeared on the school’s website. MAPOLY has also published an official statement confirming the release of the form.

Eligible Candidates

Interested Post-UTME candidates, who scored 150 and above must have chosen Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta as their first choice in the 2024 UTME and upload their O’level results on the JAMB’s Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). Candidates must also have the required O’level subjects and JAMB subject combination.

From the above, MAPOLY cut-off mark is 150 and above.

Any candidates, who did not choose MAPOLY as their first choice in the 2024 UTME, MUST process a Change of Institution and make MAPOLY their most preferred Institution via JAMB’s portal before obtaining MAPOLY application forms.

Similarly, application forms for Part-time National Diploma, and Full-time & Part-time Higher National Diploma programmes of the Polytechnic are obtainable.

Also note that MAPOLY will not be conducting a screening exam. Candidates O’level result and UTME score will be calculated to give the aggregate score.

How to Apply for MAPOLY Post-UTME Screening Form

Follow the process below to get the form.

Visit the Post-UTME application portal at https://v4.mapoly.edu.ng/admission/apply/application

On the portal, click on “Start Application”. Fill the “New Applicant” form.

NOTE: If you have filled the “New Applicant form before, click on “Continue Application” to continue with your registration.

Proceed to Login to make payment and complete your Application Form. Print the photo card for your screening examination.

 

MAPOLY Post-UTME Requirements – 2024/2025

These are the major lists of documents needed or the Post-UTME registration.

   

·        Active email address and phone no

·        WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Results

·        JAMB result slip

·        Result Checker PIN/Token

·        A recent Passport Photograph

 

Note: JAMB REQUIREMENTS

JAMB will not clear any Candidate who does not have 'O' Level results uploaded. All Candidates are therefore advised to visit any JAMB office or JAMB accredited CBT centre to upload their 'O' Level results (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) If they have not done that.

Do you want to register for the MAPOLY National Diploma (ND) form for 2024/2025 Academic session?
